To pre-fill your resume generation form with your saved profile data
To generate professional, ATS-optimized resumes using AI
To allow you to edit, export, and save your resumes
To enforce the daily generation limit (3 resumes per day)
To sync your profile and resume data across sessions
To provide the AI chat assistant for resume refinement
To run ATS audit analysis on your resume
To improve app performance and fix bugs

Section 03

AI Processing of Your Data

This app uses an AI model to generate resume content from the information you provide. Here is exactly what happens with your data during AI processing:

What data is sent to the AI

Your name, email, phone number, career purpose, work experience summary, education history, certifications, languages, and project descriptions are compiled into a prompt and sent to the AI model to generate your resume.

Which AI service is used

We use the LongCat AI API (LongCat Flash Chat model) hosted at api.longcat.chat. This is an Anthropic-compatible API. Your data is sent to their servers for processing.

Data retention by AI provider

We do not control how the LongCat AI API stores or processes prompts on their servers. We recommend reviewing LongCat's own privacy policy for details on their data handling practices.

AI Chat Assistant

When you use the in-editor AI chat to refine your resume, your current resume content and your chat messages are sent to the AI API for processing.

Please avoid entering highly sensitive personal information (such as national ID numbers, passport numbers, or financial details) into the resume form. The app is designed for professional career information only.

Your Rights

You have the following rights regarding your personal data:

Right to Access Available

You can view all your profile data directly in the app under the Profile and Settings screens.

Right to Correction Available

You can update your profile information at any time through the Profile screen in the app.

Right to Delete Via Request

You can delete individual saved resumes from the Saved screen. To delete your entire account and all associated data from our servers, please contact us at the email below.

Right to Data Portability Available

You can export your resume at any time as a PDF or Word document directly from the editor screen.

Right to Withdraw Consent Stops Service

You may stop using the app and request account deletion at any time. Note that withdrawal of consent may prevent us from providing app services to you.

Data Retention

We retain your data only as long as necessary to provide the service:

Account & profile data — Retained while your account is active. Deleted within 30 days of account deletion request.
Saved resumes — Stored locally on your device until you delete them or uninstall the app.
Daily usage counters — Reset automatically every calendar day. Stored locally only.
Exported files (PDF/Word) — Stored in device cache temporarily during sharing. Not retained by us.

Children's Privacy

AI ATS CV Maker Free is designed for job seekers and professionals. This app is not intended for children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has provided us with personal information, please contact us immediately at the email address below and we will delete such information promptly.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices, technology, or legal requirements. When we make significant changes, we will:
